Request Custom AvailabilityEvery guided tour follows the same structure regardless of which route you choose. You arrive, meet your guide (Salvador or Gus), get fitted with gear (DOT-certified full-face helmet, goggles, gloves), and get assigned a bike matched to your skill level and body weight. Then comes the mandatory training session.
Training takes 20-40 minutes depending on your experience. If you've never ridden, we start with the basics on flat ground: clutch control, braking, body position, looking through turns. If you're experienced, the assessment is quick โ we watch you ride a short loop and adjust the bike setup accordingly. Nobody skips this step. It's the foundation that makes the actual trail ride enjoyable instead of terrifying.
On the trail, your guide leads and sets the pace based on your ability. We stop for photos, water breaks, and technique tips along the way. The goal is never to rush through the route โ it's to give you an experience you couldn't get anywhere else. Every tour ends back at base where you can clean up, hydrate, and decide whether to explore the valley's restaurants and wineries.
First time on a dirt bike? Start with Private Land Trails, Valle Vineyards, or La Mission in the 2-hour block. The terrain is forgiving, the scenery is world-class, and the pace lets you build confidence without pressure.
Want a challenge? Mountain Ridge, Desert Canyon, Laguna Hanson, Baja 500-style terrain, and other longer packages require a 4-hour minimum. The full day is recommended if you want pit stops and a more complete route.
Short on time? Choose Private Land Trails, Valle Vineyards, or La Mission. Those are the packages designed to fit the 2-hour block.
Coming back for more? If you've done the Vineyard Trail and want to progress, Desert Canyon terrain is the natural next step. More technical terrain, tighter sections, and the kind of riding that makes you focus completely. It's also where the KTM 300 XC-W really shines.
Groups? We handle groups of up to 8 riders. Groups of 4 or more get discounted rates. Corporate events, bachelor parties, birthday rides โ we've done them all. See our group ride guide or contact us for custom routing.
You arrive at our location in Valle de Guadalupe โ most riders drive from Ensenada (30 minutes), Tecate (45 minutes), or San Diego via the Tecate border crossing (about 90 minutes total). There is free parking at the site. Your guide โ Salvador or Gus โ meets you, walks you through the day, and gets you fitted with gear: a DOT-certified full-face helmet, goggles, and gloves. Everything is included in the tour price.
Next comes the training session, which takes 20 to 40 minutes depending on your experience. Complete beginners start with clutch control, braking, and body position on flat ground. Experienced riders do a quick assessment loop while your guide watches your technique and adjusts the bike setup. This step is not optional โ it is the reason our riders finish tours confident instead of scared, and it is what separates us from rental operations that hand you keys and point you toward a trail.
On the trail, your guide leads and controls the pace. Stops for water, photos, and coaching happen naturally throughout the ride. The goal is never to rush through the route โ it is to give you an experience that is genuinely different from anything you can find on a public trail or at a standard rental outfit. After the ride, you return to base, clean up, and hydrate. Your confirmed price and payment method are clear before the tour starts. Most riders head to the valley's wineries and restaurants afterward. We are happy to recommend spots.
