Dirt Bike Rentals Valle ("we", "us", "our") operates dirtbikerentalsvalle.com and offers guided dirt bike tours and training in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico. You can reach us at [email protected] or +1 (928) 450-0370.

What we collect

When you book a ride, contact us, or fill out a form on this site, we collect:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, WhatsApp number
• Booking details: preferred date, number of riders, tour selection, riding experience level
• Safety information: emergency contact, medical conditions relevant to riding (only when you voluntarily provide it)
• Site usage data: pages visited, device type, referring site, and similar analytics — collected via Cloudflare and standard server logs

We do not collect payment card data. All payments are handled in person at the end of the ride.

How we use it

• To confirm and coordinate your booking
• To send you ride reminders, arrival instructions, and safety information
• To match you with the right bike and tour based on your experience
• To contact you before or after the ride for safety or follow-up
• To improve our website and operations

That's it. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond running the tour business.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not send spam or newsletters you did not sign up for.
• We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or retargeting pixels.

Who sees your data

Your contact details are visible only to Salvador and the small team that coordinates rides. We use the following third-party services to operate the site and communicate with you:

• Cloudflare — hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare sees page requests but not form submissions beyond standard analytics.
• Google Fonts — serves fonts. Google may log IP addresses for font requests.
• WhatsApp — when you message us via WhatsApp, Meta's privacy policy applies to that channel.
• Email provider — incoming booking emails are received through a standard business email service.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to two years after your last ride, for safety and tax records. Site analytics are retained according to Cloudflare's default retention. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See what data we have about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your data
• Stop sending you messages

Email [email protected] and we will take care of it within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. Riders under 16 require a parent or guardian to book and sign the waiver in person.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Substantial changes will be communicated through the site.
