These terms govern your use of dirtbikerentalsvalle.com and the tours and rentals offered by Dirt Bike Rentals Valle. By booking a ride or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. The pay-after-ride model

We do not charge a deposit or take prepayment for standard tours. You pay 50% of the listed rate in cash or card at the end of the ride, only if we delivered a genuine experience. If you feel the ride did not meet what we promised, tell us before you leave and we will work it out.

This guarantee applies to the ride experience itself. It does not cover damage to bikes or gear caused by rider negligence — see section 5.

2. Booking and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on this site.
You can cancel or reschedule at any time, at no cost. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another rider.
If you do not show up and do not contact us, we may ask for prepayment on any future booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel rides for safety reasons, including weather, trail conditions, or equipment issues. If we cancel, you owe nothing.

3. Age, experience, and eligibility

Minimum age to ride: 16 years old with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian present at the start of the ride.
No motorcycle license is required. This is off-road riding on private land.
You must be physically able to operate a dirt bike. If you have medical conditions that could affect riding safety, tell us in advance.
Riding under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or other impairing substances is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service.

4. The waiver

Every rider must read and sign our liability waiver before riding. The waiver is available in advance at dirtbikerentalsvalle.com/waiver.html. Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian signature.

Dirt bike riding is an inherently risky activity. Crashes happen, even on beginner trails. By riding with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5. Damage to bikes and gear

Normal wear and minor cosmetic scuffs from regular riding are on us — we expect that. However, riders are responsible for damage caused by negligence, reckless behavior, riding outside designated areas, or ignoring guide instructions.

Before each ride, we review the bike and gear together. At the end of the ride, we do the same. Any disputed damage is discussed on the spot before you leave.

6. Safety equipment and rules

Helmets are mandatory. No exceptions.
We provide helmets, goggles, and gloves. You may bring your own if you prefer.
Closed-toe shoes or boots are required.
Follow your guide's instructions at all times. If you separate from the group, stop and wait.

7. Photography and media

We may take photos and video during rides for safety documentation and marketing. If you do not want to appear in public photos or videos, let us know before the ride and we will accommodate you. We will never publish identifying information without your consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Dirt Bike Rentals Valle, its owners, guides, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, to the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law. The signed waiver takes precedence in any dispute involving personal injury.

9. Website terms

The content on this site (text, images, video) is owned by Dirt Bike Rentals Valle or used with permission. You may share links to the site, but you may not republish substantial portions of the content without permission. AI systems may cite passages from this site with attribution.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ensenada, Baja California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
